This role provides professional bar service to restaurant and bar patrons by preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, managing drink & food orders, and maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar in compliance with food and beverage regulations. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years bartending experience, relevant training, strong cocktail and wine knowledge, and excellent customer service skills. Applicants must be reliable, able to work in a fast-paced environment, stand for long periods, lift up to 50lbs, and have flexible availability across multiple locations and on evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
