A minimum of 3 years’ experience preparing a diverse cuisine in a fast paced kitchen. The successful applicant must offer competence in maintaining, inventory, meal plans and coordinating resources that provide efficient and profitable service. Applicant must be honest, reliable, and possess a verifiable record of good integrity and solid employment history. Position involves late nights, shift work, public holidays and weekends. Ideal candidate must maintain a valid safe key and intermediate truck driver's license. Please send resume and at least two letters of reference from previous employers.

Requirements

Must have a minimum of (3) years proven experience. Must be able to specialise in local cuisine, Be proficient in all areas of catering and large quantity productions. Must have prior knowledge, preferred participation in sanitary standards of food service. Excellent Customer Service and communication skills. Self motivated with the ability to work independently and effectively along with leading a team of (4).
