Having at least 4 to 5 years of baking experience focused on making French baked goods and/or with baking culinary qualifications, the executive master baker will prepare and bake a wide variety of French type breads, viennoiseries and pastries. Duties will include but are not limited to baking, scheduling and supervising other bakers; negotiating with suppliers; and monitoring and ordering baking supplies. Must have a proven track record of ability to handle high volume of baking and have the knowledge to introduce new baked goods regularly.
