Requirements
7 years’ experience operating in a similar capacity, with experience in planning and designing creative menus, special events and catering. Must hold a culinary certification from an established institute, or a certification of equivalent standing from a comparable accredited program. Chef de Partie experience, specifically managing a dedicated kitchen section, is required. Skilled at preparing a broad spectrum of pastries and desserts, specializing in Sri Lankan style pastries and a wide range of cuisine. Sound knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety standards. Proven success in a leadership capacity and with managing cost control strategies. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.Salary
