Reporting to the AVP, this position is responsible for the management of existing client relationships as well as supporting business development initiatives. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of insurance liabilities as well as possess both strong quantitative and communication skills. Key responsibilities include ongoing management of third-party reinsurance, researching potential new markets, working with pricing teams, providing transaction support, and leading the production of product summaries.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in mathematics or any quantitative field with either a Fellow qualification of a widely recognized actuarial body or a CFA designation; Minimum six years' experience in either the life insurance/ reinsurance industry or investment banking; Solid understanding of insurance liabilities with knowledge of fixed rate and indexed annuities; Demonstrated stakeholder management skills; Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite; Excellent oral and written English language skills.
