Our client, a well-established Bermudian company is seeking a proactive and highly organised Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day running of its operations function. This role requires an individual who can effectively manage multiple priorities, maintain strong communication across internal teams and external stakeholders, and contribute to a smooth and efficient workflow. The successful candidate will demonstrate professionalism, initiative, and a solutions-oriented mindset when engaging with both clients and colleagues. The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing daily scheduling and coordinating work order appointments to ensure operational efficiency. Acting as the primary point of contact between the company, vendors, and clients, the role focuses on facilitating seamless communication and timely service delivery. The position involves working closely with the operations supervisor to monitor deadlines, track progress, and improve workflow processes. Responsibilities also include coordinating logistics for dealership and fleet deliveries, identifying operational bottlenecks, and recommending process improvements to enhance productivity. In addition, the role requires supporting commercial activities by promoting services and advising clients, as well as producing key documentation such as invoices, quotations, and purchase orders. Maintaining accurate operational records, generating reports and performance metrics, and assisting with inventory and order processing are also core components. The position involves regular interaction with technical teams to communicate timelines, alongside occasional customer-facing responsibilities including client coordination within Hamilton.

Requirements

Candidates should hold a high school diploma or equivalent, with any post-secondary education considered advantageous. A minimum of three years’ experience in an operations coordination role is required, ideally within the automotive or a related industry. Applicants must demonstrate strong organisational and scheduling capabilities, with proven experience managing high-volume workflows and competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment. The successful individual will possess excellent attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills, alongside the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is expected, with experience in QuickBooks considered beneficial. Candidates must hold a valid Bermuda driver’s licence and have access to reliable transportation, be willing to work overtime or weekends when required, and meet all standard employment and background requirements in Bermuda.

$40000 - 50000 per month
