On behalf of our client, Bermuda Pediatric Center, a busy and growing healthcare practice, we invite applications for the position of Operations & Facilities Manager. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring the efficient day-to-day operations of the practice while overseeing the physical facility, administrative systems, and support teams that enable the delivery of high-quality patient care. The successful candidate will work closely with the physicians and leadership team to ensure that the practice operates smoothly, staff are well supported, and patients experience an organized, professional, and welcoming environment. This role is well suited to a practical, solutions-oriented professional who enjoys building systems, improving processes, and ensuring that both people and facilities operate at a high standard.The successful candidate will be responsible for: Practice Operations - Overseeing the daily operational functioning of the practice to ensure efficient patient flow and service delivery and managing administrative staff including scheduling, performance management, and professional development. Financial & Administrative Oversight - Working collaboratively with the billing team to monitor billing processes, insurance claims, and collections and overseeing front desk financial processes and patient account management. Systems & Compliance - Overseeing the effective use and maintenance of the practice's electronic medical record (EMR) and practice management systems and ensuring compliance with applicable healthcare regulations and privacy legislation. Facilities & Infrastructure - Managing the overall facility including maintenance, equipment oversight, vendor coordination, and safety standards and ensuring the clinic environment is well maintained, functional, and compliant with regulatory requirements. Requirements
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field preferred along with a minimum 5 years of experience in operations, practice management, or healthcare administration. Demonstrated leadership experience supervising administrative or clinical support teams. Strong organizational and operational problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy service environment. Working knowledge of medical billing, insurance processes, and healthcare regulatory requirements is advantageous. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and experienced managing both people and systems. A proactive problem solver able to balance operational detail with strategic improvement initiatives.Salary
