This post is responsible for the management and coordination of the Marine Resources enforcement programme in relation to all Marine Resources legislation under the Fisheries Act 1972, the Protected Species Act 2003 and Historic Wrecks Act 2001. The post is also accountable for preparation of cases for prosecution, community outreach and education promotion duties. In addition, the post holder is accountable for performing administrative duties and supervising the unit staff.

Requirements

Minimum of five (5) years relevant experience including experience piloting in Bermuda waters. Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences, Criminology, Biology or equivalent. SCUBA Certification (Open Water), 'C' Class Pilot’s License, Engine Drivers Certificate and current CPR certification.
