Reading blueprints and plans to determine placement of rebar, cutting and bending rebar to the appropriate size and shape, tying rebar together properly with wire, and inspecting completed work to ensure it meets safety standards. Key Duties and Responsibilities include reading and interpreting project plans, measuring and cutting rebar, tying rebar together, installing rebar grids, collaborating with project leaders, and following safety standards.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications and Experience include reading and interpreting project plans, measuring and cutting rebar, tying rebar together, installing rebar grids, using power tools, collaborating effectively, and following safety protocols. Competencies necessary include a good understanding of basic math and measurements and the ability to work in all weather conditions.
