Our Client, BAC Universal Electric, Bermuda's longest serving electrical contracting and supply Company, have an immediate need and invite applications for the position of Licensed Journeyman Electrician. Duties and Responsibilities: • Commercial, industrial, and residential electrical installations and troubleshooting • Interpret drawings, specifications and all applicable codes • Installation, terminations and troubleshooting of control wiring systems • Generator and UPS installation and controls • Fire Alarm systems installation • Install, alter, add and/or repair power and lighting systems • Main Distribution and panel installation • Establish and maintain customer relationships Minimum Qualifications, Skills and Experience: • Recognised electrical qualification • Licensed electrician by a reputable professional organisation • Must possess a full certification issued by the National Training Board of Bermuda • Minimum 3 years post apprenticeship experience as an electrician • Work independently of direct technical supervision • Experience in daily supervision of apprentices • Must be conscientious, reliable and dedicated providing quality service to clients • Effective oral and written communication skills BAC Universal Electric offers a remuneration package and comprehensive staff benefits commensurate with qualifications and experience for the position.
