Efficiency Ltd is seeking a reliable and organized Warehouse & Parts Coordinator to join our HVAC company, supporting our service, installation, and ductwork teams. This role is responsible for sourcing, receiving, issuing, and controlling HVAC parts, materials, and equipment while maintaining an efficient and safe warehouse operation. Source HVAC parts, materials, and equipment for technicians, contractors, and customers Provide counter support, including HVAC product information and pricing assistance Receive, inspect, and process incoming freight, including containers and delivery trucks Allocate, pick, pack, and issue materials, tools, and equipment for HVAC service and installation jobs Coordinate with installation managers and the ductwork department to ensure materials are available for scheduled work Maintain accurate inventory records, including serial number tracking and van stock control Perform regular stock counts and inventory adjustments Maintain warehouse organisation, cleanliness, and housekeeping standards Process sales orders and internal booking documentation Support general warehouse operations, including use of pallet jacks and forklifts Promote and comply with workplace health and safety standards, company policies, and procedures Experience in a warehouse, parts, or materials coordination role, preferably within an HVAC or construction environment Working knowledge of HVAC parts, materials, and inventory control practices is an asset Comfortable working in a hands-on environment, including climbing ladders and working in confined spaces Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word Experience with QuickBooks is an asset Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team Clean, valid Bermuda Intermediate Driver's Licence Forklift experience This position will be a salary-based position Hours will be 7:30am to 4pm M-F This position will not be provided with a company vehicle Efficiency is committed to maintaining a drug-free workplace. Pre-employment drug testing may be required for successful candidates.
