Our client, Newstead Belmont Hills Resort, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Shuttle Boat Pilot to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of Carolyn, the resort’s shuttle boat, while ensuring all equipment, systems, and safety standards are maintained to the highest level. This role is essential to delivering exceptional guest experience and supporting the resort’s transportation operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled and preventative maintenance on the shuttle boat and all related equipment.
• Carry out routine repairs and upkeep of the boat’s cabin, bathroom, decks, and other onboard areas.
• Ensure all lifesaving and safety equipment is fully operational, compliant, and replaced when necessary.
• Maintain accurate service and repair records for historical and operational tracking.
• Keep the boat area clean, organized, and compliant with all marine health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Report operating hours and service updates directly to the Rooms Director and General Manager.
• Manage inventory and maintain appropriate stock levels for maintenance and operations.
• Stay current with industry standards, training, and best practices.
• Coordinate annual repairs and maintenance with the Rooms Director and boatyard.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
