Requirements
• A bachelor’s degree; preferably Masters in a Project Management related field. • Internationally recognized professional designation e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, SMC/CSM and/or other related certifications. • A minimum of 8 years of progressive relevant experience in digital transformation consulting initiatives, including business process re-engineering and solution design for multi-jurisdictional projects. • Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated leadership experience including coaching, mentoring, developing, and leading team members. • Proven track record of leading end-to-end digital transformation initiatives. • Hands-on experience with enterprise platforms, cloud transformation, Agile / product-centric models, and effective PMO skills.Salary
