Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or related discipline preferred. - 2–5 years of underwriting or modelling experience, with a strong preference for property or specialty reinsurance experience. - Experience with interpreting data from catastrophe modelling tools (RMS, AIR, or equivalent). - Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data. - Excellent communication skills for interaction with brokers, cedants, and internal stakeholders. - Highly organized with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. - A strong work ethic with the flexibility to work outside normal business hours when necessary.Salary
