Triangle Life Insurance Co Ltd. (Triangle Life) is the newest entrant in the expanding segment of international High Net Worth (HNW) life insurance. Triangle Life creates wealth succession solutions addressing the global complexities facing HNW individuals. We aim to improve the traditional life insurance experience by leveraging technology to create a seamless, efficient, and client-centric experience. We are offering the successful candidate the chance to support the Chief Actuary in shaping and executing Triangle Life's investment and hedging strategies. Operating within Bermuda's regulatory framework, the role leads the development of Strategic Asset Allocation (SAA), oversees hedging programs for market risks associated with the company's product suite (e.g., IUL), and provides actuarial and investment expertise to support across product development and pricing, capital, and risk management. This role is central to the company's strategic growth and financial resilience.

Requirements

Fellowship in a recognized actuarial body (FSA, FIA, or equivalent), with CFA designation or progress an advantage. Extensive experience 8+ years in ALM, investment strategy, or product-investment integration within life insurance, ideally with exposure to HNW Indexed Universal Life or FIA. Deep technical expertise in liability-driven investing, long-duration guarantees, and the investment dynamics of HNW products. Strong understanding of Bermuda's regulatory requirements, including EBS, BSCR, and Scenario-Based Approach (SBA), is an advantage. Demonstrated ability to develop models, analytics, and processes from scratch and strong quantitative capabilities, with the ability to interpret sensitivities, capital impacts, and asset-liability interactions. Highly collaborative but also independent-comfortable taking ownership, leading initiatives, and delivering hands-on technical work.
