You play an integral role in shaping and delivering transformative, client-centric solutions across our industries. You'll work with clients on digital transformation initiatives and business process re-engineering to enhance organizational effectiveness and operational performance. You take ownership of the full engagement life cycle, lead the delivery team, and have a deep understanding of your clients' business and relevant industry. You can expect to: Lead teams and engagements focused on digital transformation and process re-engineering. Train teams on tools, new technologies, and industry standards. Develop and coach your team, taking pride in your work and leading the team with integrity. Participate in business development, proposals, client presentations and marketing activities. All candidates must have demonstrated skills in client service and project management relevant to the role. This position requires inclusive team contributors, who have the proven ability to interact with a wide diversity of people across our organization. Candidates must have the ability to work a flexible schedule as needed.
Requirements
The standard requirements of this role include: A bachelor's degree; preferably Masters in a Project Management related field. Internationally recognized professional designation e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, SMC/CSM and/or other related certifications. SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC), Agile Coach Certificate (ACPC), Six Sigma Yellow Belt, and ITIL Foundation would be assets. A minimum of 6 years of progressive relevant experience in digital transformation consulting initiatives, including business process re-engineering and solution design. Proven track record of leading end-to-end digital transformation initiatives, from strategy and business case through to implementation and benefits realization. Hands-on experience with one or more of the following: o Enterprise platforms (e.g. ERP, CRM, core systems modernisation) o Cloud transformation (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) o Agile / product-centric delivery models Effective project management office ("PMO") skills including experience leading engagements and supporting and reviewing work of junior team members. Experience supporting business growth including selling, winning, and delivering consulting services. Experience in industries such as Financial Services will be highly valued.
