Our client, Teneo (Bermuda) Limited, part of Teneo’s global CEO advisory and consulting firm, continues to grow and is seeking professionals passionate about advising businesses undergoing transactions, distress, or significant change. Opportunities are available at the Senior Consultant, Manager, Associate Director, and Director levels within Financial Advisory. These roles typically involve restructuring, insolvency, forensic accounting, complex litigation, transactions and valuation, project management, asset recovery, and delivering financial modelling and cash management solutions to improve working capital and cash flow. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Provide support to Managing Directors and Senior Managing Directors on complex restructuring, insolvency, forensic or transaction engagements. Opportunities exist for those with broad multi-sector experience, as well as those that specialize in the life and non-life insurance and reinsurance sectors.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in restructuring, insolvency or forensic services gained within a professional services company, consultancy firm or financial institution. • Professional accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA or equivalent) and/or holder of an insolvency designation (such as CPI or JIEB) and/or a recognized insurance qualification (e.g. ACII). • Experience in Audit, Tax, Financial Advisory, Insolvency or Transaction experience gained within a professional services company or financial institution. • Strong understanding of the restructuring, insolvency, investigations or transactions marketplace, key trends and stakeholders. • Excellent analytical and business analysis skills; application of insolvency legislation and/or investigations (not required to be Bermuda-specific).
