Assistant Financial Manager

Responsible for assisting the Financial Manager in overseeing and directing all aspects regarding payables with additional support given to weekly payroll administration; daily banking / reconciliation. This includes maintaining accounts payable functions, coordinating external audits, managing vendor payments, reconciling accounts, and ensuring all financial reports are prepared accurately and submitted in a timely manner. The role involves monitoring cost control, inventory management, and supervising junior staff members.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/ACCA preferred). 3–5 years of accounting/finance experience, preferably in hospitality. Strong knowledge of hotel accounting systems and understanding of Uniform System of Accounts for the Lodging Industry (USALI). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
