Live-in Couple: Housekeeper And Maintenance Handyperson

On behalf of our client The Royal Palms Hotel and its sister property, Oxford House, we are seeking a dedicated and hands-on Live-in Couple: Housekeeper and Maintenance Handyperson to join our team. We are looking for individuals with at least 2 years’ experience and who align with our values, take pride in their work, and are committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences with a proactive and positive attitude. The Maintenance Handyperson will be responsible for the care and general upkeep of our historic late 19th-century properties. Key duties include performing general repairs across hotel and associated properties (including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting), maintaining the gardens and swimming pool, assisting with guest luggage and providing houseman services, ensuring hotel security, providing overnight on-call coverage, and general on-site support as needed.

Requirements

Minimum qualifications include at least 2 years’ experience and alignment with company values, pride in work, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences. Additional requirements: ability to work independently, strong multitasking skills, professional appearance, friendly demeanor, and a team-oriented attitude with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
