Blake’s Detailing is seeking a skilled and committed Detailing Technician to join our team. This role provides an excellent opportunity for individuals with exceptional detailing skills and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. Key Duties and Responsibilities include performing comprehensive interior and exterior detailing for various vehicles, including boats, using advanced techniques like paint correction, gel coat repair, polishing, and coating; executing marine detailing tasks such as gel coat restoration and stainless steel polishing; providing specialized services like window tinting and vinyl wrapping; safely operating power tools and specialized equipment; upholding high standards for customer satisfaction and quality work; and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

Requirements

At least 5 years of high-quality detailing experience, including paint finishing, correction, polishing, and precision tint application. Proficient in cleaning products and techniques for marine and vehicle surfaces. Strong eagerness to learn and excel in marine detailing. Physically fit for tasks requiring various positions. Reliable transportation for mobile operations. Available for weekend and holiday shifts.
