Our client, DI Card Ltd (trading as Diamonds International), seeks a General Manager for their retail store in Dockyard. To be responsible for the daily operations of the company and developing business plans and projects for the long-term future success of Diamonds International. To be accountable to the Managing Board of Directors at Almond Diamonds, the Parent Company of Diamonds International, located in New York and its shareholders. DI Card, Bermuda is seeking an experienced and highly capable General Manager to lead and oversee its retail operation at the Royal Naval Dockyard. This is a senior leadership position responsible for the full operational, commercial, and administrative management of the business. The successful candidate will provide strategic direction, ensure operational excellence, lead and develop teams, and drive sustainable commercial growth while maintaining the highest standards of compliance, customer service, and financial control. Minimum 5+ years' Proven experience in a senior retail management role, within luxury Fine jewellery retail. Multilingual: Fluent English and Spanish required; additional languages preferred. Experience working in the Tourism retail sector preferred, Cruise, Airports, Hotel. Strong leadership, organisational, and decision-making skills Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, reporting, and commercial performance Experience leading, training, and developing teams Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work extended hours as required in a retail and tourism-driven environment Physically and mentally fit to meet the demands of the role Ability to work flexible and extended hours as required This is a senior leadership opportunity within a fast-paced, tourism-driven retail environment.
