Requirements
Bachelor's degree in finance, marketing, business, actuarial science, or equivalent experience. Minimum 15 years' life insurance experience, including at least 8 years in the global HNW market, with a strong focus on life insurance product development, strategic marketing, and concept creation. Advanced understanding of life insurance products and their integration into advanced succession and wealth transfer strategies for HNW clients. Proven success in launching complex life insurance products and translating technical features into compelling marketing and sales tools. Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills. Demonstrated ability to build relationships, present, and negotiate with internal stakeholders and HNW advisors, driving advisor engagement and product adoption. Be a strategic thinker and collaborative leader who thrives in cross-functional environments. Have an entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving growth and company success.Salary
