Our client, Bermuda Realty Company Limited, trading as Coldwell Banker Bermuda Realty (CBBR), is seeking an experienced Agency Manager to lead and support their sales and rental teams. This role involves driving sales growth, managing a team, and collaborating with the CEO, Marketing Manager, and Brand Ambassador to achieve business objectives. Key Duties & Responsibilities: • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales, rental, and administrative staff to meet targets and increase market share. • Develop sales strategies, recruit and train agents, and ensure compliance with real estate regulations. Promote CBBR's services to industry partners to secure new sole listings and business. • Represent CBBR in public-facing events and media and collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns. • Track market trends, prepare reports, and contribute to CBBR's presence in the real estate community. Minimum Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Real Estate, Finance or related field together with 5 years of Real Estate experience including at least 2 years leading and managing sales, rental, and/or administrative teams. In lieu of a degree, applicants with at least 7 years of progressively responsible experience in real estate operations, sales management, and/or property management, together with 2 years of leadership experience will be considered. • Must possess full knowledge of legislation and policy governing landlord and tenant, planning and agency or have the ability to learn. Bermuda Real Estate Salesperson License required, or ability to obtain one with 3-6 months of commencing the role. • Must be willing to serve on the Chamber of Commerce, Real Estate Division Board. • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, proactive and results-driven with a proven track record of successful business development and portfolio growth. Strategic thinker skilled in market analysis to identify new opportunities together with experience setting and executing business growth strategies. • Proven ability to build a collaborative, high performance culture through recruiting, training, mentoring, and retaining agents Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and real estate management software, or proven ability to quickly acquire new technical skills. Demonstrable experience overseeing and/or managing budgets and P&L. Excellent networking and relationship building abilities, including strong communication, and negotiation skills. Adaptable, resilient, and client focused.
