On behalf of our client The Royal Palms Hotel and its sister property, Oxford House, we are seeking a dedicated and hands-on Live-in Couple: Housekeeper and Maintenance Handyperson to join our team. We are looking for individuals with at least 2 years’ experience and who align with our values, take pride in their work, and are committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences with a proactive and positive attitude. The Housekeeper will play a key role in overseeing the housekeeping department, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and service are consistently maintained across the property. Responsibilities include: • Cleaning of guest rooms and public areas • Handling guest and hotel laundry • Overseeing housekeeping staff • Office duties to include the arrival and departure of guests and room reservations • Ordering supplies • Provide overnight on call coverage • Provide general on-site support as needed. Strong computer skills are essential for managing administrative and operational tasks efficiently.
