The Live-In Housekeeper is a hardworking, hands-on individual with at least Three (3) years’ work experience in a similar role, who is committed to upholding the high standards and values of both properties. The successful candidate will be guest-focused, proactive, and able to anticipate guest needs while always maintaining a positive and professional attitude. Key Responsibilities include: Overseeing housekeeping staff, care, cleaning, and upkeep of all guest rooms, managing guest laundry services, cleaning and maintaining public areas, organization of storerooms and inventory, assisting the front office with room reservations, handling guest arrivals and departures, particularly after hours, and shared responsibility for after-hours and overnight coverage. The role requires computer literacy, including the ability to complete housekeeping rosters, ordering supplies, and manage inventory. You will work as part of a close-knit team dedicated to ensuring every guest receives exceptional service. As this position involves regular interaction with guests, a smart appearance and a pleasant, professional disposition are essential.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role. Must be able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Ability to work independently and within a team. Flexibility to perform various duties typical of a small property. Must demonstrate a consistently positive and professional image and follow instructions with minimal supervision.
