Dispense medications and provide expert patient counselling. Operate and manage POS and RX software systems efficiently and bill insurance accurately. Local and international ordering and inventory control. Maintain a safe, clean, and professional working environment. Ensure compliance with all Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements.
Requirements
Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution. Current registration and good standing with a recognised pharmacy regulatory authority. Minimum of 5 years post-qualification community pharmacy experience. Experience with immunization services and pharmacist-led clinical programs is an asset. Prior pharmacy management, operational leadership, or quality assurance experience is an asset. Formal training and Experience in pharmaceutical compounding is required. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced retail pharmacy environment. Fully computer literate, with proficiency in pharmacy software systems and general business applications.
