As we expand our holistic care offerings, we’re actively recruiting dedicated professionals to support our clients’ well-being and independence at home. Key Duties and Responsibilities include conducting health assessments and personalized care plans, administering medications and performing supportive care procedures, educating seniors and families about health conditions and self-care, monitoring health status, evaluating care effectiveness, and documenting accurately, collaborating with healthcare services, and responding swiftly to medical emergencies, advocating for seniors’ well-being, assisting with daily activities, monitoring residents’ health, providing emotional support, ensuring a safe environment, supporting with nutrition and hygiene, and following care plans and infection control protocols.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications and Experience include a recognized nursing qualification, valid license, and relevant experience or completed training/certification, with a caring attitude and commitment to senior wellbeing. Usually requires a minimum of one to two years of clinical experience. Must be registered and licensed with the Bermuda Nursing Council. Certification in basic life support (e.g., CPR) is required. Required competencies, skills and abilities include basic clinical and care skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, health and safety awareness, cultural sensitivity and respect, and basic emergency response.
