At Bermuda Cancer and Health Centre (BCHC), we are seeking a dedicated Ultrasound Technologist/Sonographer with expertise in breast imaging to join our Diagnostic Imaging team. In this position, you will perform high-quality diagnostic ultrasound examinations to produce accurate and reliable diagnostic images, while ensuring the highest standard of patient care. This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail and the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Responsibilities include performing diagnostic ultrasound examinations, capturing and evaluating image quality, assisting radiologists with procedures including biopsies, and assessing patients.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent diploma in Diagnostic Medical Sonography. Three (3) years of previous ultrasound experience; breast imaging preferred. Valid professional registration/licensure. In-depth knowledge of breast anatomy, common conditions and imaging protocols. Proficient in the operation and optimisation of ultrasound equipment.
