Our client, Jeri Smith, is seeking a Live-in Property Maintenance Person. Key Responsibilities include: Landscaping and maintenance of four acres of grounds and five properties. Maintaining and cleaning of multiple properties including pool. Performing general handyman tasks including basic electrical and plumbing repairs. Providing care and feeding of horses and dogs. The successful candidate must possess 5 years of experience. Must have the ability to operate and maintain a boat. Must posses a valid vehicle driver license. This is a live-in position and candidates must be able to commit to a flexible schedule, be trustworthy, a non-smoker and possess a clean criminal record. Pre-employment drug testing will be administered.
