We are seeking 1 full-time Medical Receptionist and 2 part time Medical Receptionist for our busy mental wellness practice. This role involves office administration and front desk reception duties on weekdays, evenings and weekends. As the first point of contact for clients, the ideal candidate will be mature, friendly, compassionate, and patient, with experience in medical software, billing, insurance claims, and client interaction. Attention to detail is essential.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications and Experience: Associate's degree in a related field. Two years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a medical, clinical, or legal setting. Strong understanding of client confidentiality and its enforcement. Experience with medical billing and software. Ability to work under pressure and multitask with exceptional attention to detail. Required Competencies, Skills and Abilities: Compassionate, nurturing, and non-discriminatory attitude. Strong knowledge of client confidentiality issues. Energetic, motivated, and solution-focused approach. Superior organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask in a busy environment and manage distressed clients calmly and professionally. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong grammar and spelling. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, and experience with electronic medical records software. Availability to work 7 days a week between 8 am and 8 pm. Police check and at least two professional references required.
