The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment that supports the holistic development of young children. This role requires strong classroom management, creativity in lesson planning, and effective communication with parents, staff, and students. Responsibilities include overseeing all classroom activities, developing lesson plans, conducting developmental assessments, maintaining communication with parents, managing daily schedules, assisting with mealtimes, and supporting toilet training.
Requirements
Current CPR and First Aid Certification; SCARS Certification; Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field; Minimum of three (3) years' experience in a Lead Teacher position or similar role.
