Our client, Mr. & Mrs. Van der Merwe, require the services of a Part-Time Child Caregiver to care for their 9-year-old daughter and 6-year-old son, together with some household cleaning and meal preparation. Duties shall include all aspects of childcare, housework (cleaning, laundry, ironing etc.), meal preparation and tutoring. The successful applicant will be expected to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, including occasional weekends, evenings and public holidays when required.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have at least 3-5 years' experience working as a childcare provider, be mature, reliable and a non-smoker. A background in young childhood education is strongly preferred. Fluent in speaking Afrikaans would be an advantage.
