We are seeking skilled Junior Chefs responsible for preparing and assembling a variety of cold salads and sandwiches to order, ensuring they meet high-quality standards. Key responsibilities include handling and storing ingredients safely, collaborating with the kitchen team, maintaining a clean work area, providing customer service, following food safety guidelines, and performing shift-end sanitation of dishes and kitchen spaces.

Requirements

Minimum of two years' culinary experience in a professional kitchen; A passion for creating and presenting high-quality cold salads and sandwiches; Strong organizational and multitasking skills; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays; Sound knowledge of food safety standards; Candidates must pass a practical test, background check (employment and criminal), and drug test.
