Bermuda Cleaning Ltd. provides top-quality cleaning, janitorial, and carpet cleaning services for both commercial and residential clients. We’re looking for hardworking, motivated, and flexible individuals who can perform detailed cleaning duties with minimal supervision. Cleaning Coordinators will oversee and support cleaning teams, manage schedules, train staff, and inspect job sites. Full-Time Cleaners will perform general cleaning and sanitizing duties including washing walls, windows, floors, and maintaining equipment. Kitchen Porters / Heavy-Duty Cleaners work in commercial kitchen environments washing pots, dishes, utensils, and ovens.

Requirements

For Coordinators: At least five (5) years of experience in cleaning industry, high school diploma, strong leadership skills, and availability for all shifts. For Cleaners: At least three (3) years of experience, ability to operate machinery (auto-scrubbers/power washers). For Kitchen Porter: At least three (3) years of experience in heavy-duty or kitchen cleaning. All positions require flexibility with scheduling (mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays).
