Assists VP of Electronic Banking with product development, leads projects in their absence, coordinates internal/external support, manages incidents, guides team performance, and ensures adherence to policies and procedures. Responsibilities include documenting and communicating business requirements, leading product meetings, liaising with internal teams and external providers, reporting incidents, guiding the team, monitoring performance, and maintaining knowledge of procedures.

Requirements

High School Diploma or recognised equivalent; Minimum of eight years of relevant work experience; Self-motivated, mature, reliable professional; Sound working knowledge of MS Office; Proven supervisory abilities; Excellent oral and written communication skills.
