Aon (Bermuda) Ltd. (AIB) is seeking to employ a Vice President to join a diverse team of dedicated professionals in the Specialty Group of our Insurance Brokerage Division. Aon (Bermuda) Ltd. provides clients with specialist insurance broking, reinsurance expertise and consultancy services. Your daily responsibilities and impact: • The design, placement, marketing, negotiating and servicing of Specialty and Cyber insurance; • Leading the formulation and presentation of market submissions; • Considerable interaction with senior underwriters, overseas financers and issuers as well as an ability to navigate a dynamic retail network; • There will be some travel required, as well as entertainment of clients and considerable deal specific work outside of normal business hours. Required skills and experience that will lead to success: • University degree; additional accredited insurance qualifications preferred; • Minimum of ten years of insurance experience; • Extensive knowledge of specialty credit insurance; • Technical proficiency in the broking of Intellectual Property Liability and Cyber insurance; • Experience interacting with retail and/or wholesale North American and European markets; • Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, project management, organization and presentation skills; • Innovative strategic and product development skills; • High proficiency in Excel and Power Point programs; • Ability to work under significant pressure to meet deadlines with high attention to accuracy; • Ability to organize, prioritize, monitor and control work flows.
