The service technician will oversee the repair and maintenance of the small and major kitchen and bakery appliances of the company’s customers, prepare estimates for them and plan service routes. Other duties will include but are not limited to diagnosing faults and repair of major electrical or gas appliances such as commercial dishwashing equipment, industrial ovens, and refrigerators. Must have thorough knowledge in using specialized diagnostic and programming apparatus to repair, adjust and reprogram appliances.
Requirements
Having at least 10 years progressive work experience as a service technician in commercial kitchens. Must have thorough knowledge in using specialized diagnostic and programming apparatus to repair, adjust and reprogram appliances. Physically fit and qualified.
