Required for various locations at Food Hub Restaurants. Multiple positions available including management, kitchen staff, sales, and service roles. Responsibilities vary by role but generally include managing daily operations, maintaining high standards of quality assurance, training and motivating staff, and managing financial/administrative functions for management roles. Kitchen roles require organizing brigades, food control, and menu setting. Service roles require high standards of food and beverage service and team orientation.

Requirements

Assistant Restaurant Manager: 2 years experience. Restaurant Manager: 3 years management experience. Chef De Parties/Pastry Chefs/Sushi Chefs/Baristas: 2-3 years relevant experience. Senior Chef De Parties: 4 years kitchen experience. Head Bakery Chef: 5 years relevant experience. Must be able to work split shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
