Our client, Wong’s Golden Dragon Restaurant, is seeking an experienced ASSISTANT MANAGER to provide day-to-day running of this take-out and catering business in the absence of the General Manager. A SOUS CHEF is also required with complete knowledge of Chinese and Thai food and ability to supervise kitchen brigade. Finally, CHEFS/COOKS with experience in meat, poultry, fish and seafood are needed. This is a fast-paced take-out restaurant open 6 days per week.

Requirements

Assistant Manager: At least 3 years in a similar position, knowledge of Chinese and Thai menu planning, staff scheduling, purchasing/inventory control. Sous Chef: Knowledge of Chinese and Thai food, ability to supervise and train staff. Chefs/Cooks: Minimum 3 years experience, fully experienced with meat, poultry, fish and seafood. Must be able to work split shifts, evenings, public holidays and weekends.
