This role supports the daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, quality control, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. The successful incumbent will work closely with the Head & Sous Chef to ensure consistency, efficiency, and creativity in every dish, contributing to the smooth running and continued growth of the newly established restaurant.
Requirements
A Culinary Arts degree or equivalent qualification is desired. A minimum of 3 years relevant experience. Must have strong working knowledge of Asian Fusion cuisine. Proven ability to foster collaboration, communicate clearly, and contribute to a positive and professional kitchen environment. Strong knowledge of food and kitchen safety standards. Must be willing to work split shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
