Wadson’s Farm, Ltd. is seeking a dependable and hardworking Farm Laborer to assist with egg grading and packing operations, occasional produce packing, and occasional animal care duties. Responsibilities include grading, sorting, and packing eggs to quality standards; operating and cleaning egg grading equipment; troubleshooting minor machine issues; stocking eggs in the onsite farm shop; preparing wholesale orders; and occasional poultry care.
Requirements
The Ideal Candidate: Is physically fit and dependable - must be able to lift 50 lbs; Has strong attention to detail; Is comfortable working around animals and machinery; Has a practical, hands-on approach to problem solving; Works well independently and as part of a team.
