On behalf of our client, TS Marine, we seek a: Boatyard Operations Manager. The Boatyard Operations Manager will plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of TS Marine. Duties will include but not limited to procurement, requisitions, inventory, and customer interaction issues, assume responsibility for all matters of marine repair of all brands and makes of industrial and leisure vessels/vehicles. Applicants must have excellent critical thinking and troubleshooting abilities related to electrical systems of all types of marine vehicles and with excellent technical and mechanical skills. Must know how to drive boats, physically fit and willing to work overtime during holidays and as projects demand.

Requirements

Having at least 10 years work experience in a foreman and/or marine mechanic role and/or with formal auto/marine mechanic qualifications. Excellent critical thinking and troubleshooting abilities related to electrical systems of all types of marine vehicles and excellent technical and mechanical skills. Must know how to drive boats, physically fit and willing to work overtime during holidays and as projects demand.
