Our client, The Duty-Free Shops, is seeking dynamic and customer-oriented Brand Ambassadors to join their team and promote their products in the retail stores at the Bermuda L.F. Wade Airport. In this role, you will be the face of their brand and a key point of contact for passengers. You will be responsible for creating a positive customer experience, increasing brand awareness, and driving sales. The stores are open 6:30 am to Midnight and availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays will be required - Part-time or Full-time. Key Duties and Responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, actively promoting and selling duty-free products, operating the point-of-sale (POS) system, maintaining a clean store layout, providing product knowledge, assisting with stock replenishment, upholding security standards, and supporting smooth store operations.

Requirements

Previous retail, customer service, or sales experience is preferred but not essential. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with a diverse range of customers. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude and professional demeanor. Basic understanding of POS systems or willingness to learn. Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and shifts that align with airport flight schedules.
