On behalf of our client, Solterra Landscape & Design Limited, we seek a: Landscape Property Maintenance Technician Having at least 5 years of professional maintenance experience ie..landscaping, property maintenance, and or stable farm management, fully supported by at least 2 professional references. Applicants must be skilled in all facets of property and residential facilities maintenance, farming infrastructure, gardening and landscaping, including trimming hedges and trees, with knowledge of Bermuda fauna types, and familiarity of fertilization and pruning techniques. The position is highly labour intensive, requiring 40 to 50 hours per week, starting at 7am daily Mondays to Saturdays. Must be exceptionally fit, with some mechanical ability, able to manage standard landscaping and maintenance equipment and able to effect minor repairs.

Requirements
