The St. George’s Club seeks a Front Desk Agent to join our talented opening team. We are looking for a team member who will serve as our guests’ first point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodation. Responsibilities include registering guests, managing reservations, and providing accurate information about rooms, rates, and amenities. Please note: this is not a 9-to-5 position. The role requires flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and night shifts, as required by hotel operations.

Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older. At least 1 years of experience as a Front Desk Agent in the hospitality industry. A motivated, team-oriented approach with a strong commitment to delivering excellent guest experiences. Proficiency in using HMS PMS (Property Management System) is preferred. Strong reading, writing, and verbal communication skills in English. Fluency in a second language is an asset. Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and night shifts as required. Good IT skills - Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook. Strong organisational skills, good problem-solving skills and the ability to take ownership of tasks.
