We are seeking Top Grade Mason(s) for Tropical Property Maintenance & Landscaping. Responsibilities include reading blueprints/plans for layout and coordinate designs, maintenance, construction, repair and installation of masonry and all related materials, masonry and concrete formwork, rebar, footings, floors, walls, stairs, SKB roofs and tiling. Must have knowledge of all tools, equipment, and material in the masonry trade. Must be physically fit and able to work extended hours including weekdays, weekends, and overtime.

Requirements

Applicants must have at least 5 years of work experience. Proven experience in reading blueprint/plans for layout and coordinate designs. Must be physically fit and able to work extended hours on weekdays, weekends and overtime as required. Own transportation is an asset. All applicants must hold a clean police clearance. Zero tolerance policy for drug and alcohol abuse. Pre-employment drug testing may be administered.
