TCM General Maintenance & Paint Ltd. is looking for a Supervisor/Maintenance Person with a minimum of 5 years' proven experience in both masonry work and maintenance. The role involves supervising the work of others, liaising with clients, and performing maintenance services. Duties include setting out, laying block, plastering, stonework, brick laying, concrete placement, and constructing Bermuda stone dry stack walls. Must be able to assist with estimates and costs. Position requires a background check. Drugs and/or alcohol on the job is strictly prohibited.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years' proven experience in masonry and maintenance; complete knowledge of power tools and equipment; ability to understand plans and assist with estimates; willing to work extended hours and weekends; background check required.
