Woodside Management Maintenance & Landscaping Ltd requires an Experienced Hardscape / Maintenance Worker. Hardscape responsibilities include construction of patios, walkways, retaining walls, and installing fences and steppingstones. Maintenance responsibilities include the preparation and professional painting of roofs and buildings and the finishing techniques, as well as assessing building issues and repairing. Other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar position
- Reliable, punctual and competent in time management
- Professional, able to work independently or as part of a team
- Capable of maintaining a safe and efficient working environment
- Ability to work weekends, early mornings, public holidays and overtime
- Must have own transportation
- Possession of a truck License with a clean driving record is an asset but not mandatory.
