We're seeking ARCHITECTURAL TECHNOLOGIST candidates with strong design skills and understanding, and the ability to use a variety of media to develop and document design projects. Responsibilities include preparing planning and building regulations drawings and specifications, technical detailing, producing construction information, liaising with clients, contractors, and consultants, and carrying out measured surveys and site visits.

Requirements

MCIAT, ACIAT, or HND/BSc in Architectural Technology or Equivalent with substantial practice experience; Minimum (3) three years experience in a lead or technical role; Proficiency in AutoCAD (essential); working knowledge of ArchiCad or equivalent and 3D Modelling; Good understanding of Bermuda Planning Statement and Building Code (Residential & Commercial); Prepare detailed drawings required for all work stages & strong consultant coordination skills
