Prepare estimates, manage tenders, and review contract documents. Coordinate projects, vendors, and subcontractors. Monitor budgets, variations, and payment applications. Ensure quality control, documentation, and contract compliance. Support training and development of team members. Requirements
Formal education in Construction Management or similar field; Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role; Strong knowledge of estimating, project coordination, and subcontractor management; Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and scheduling software (e.g., Microsoft Project); Must have own transportation or ability to secure; Drug screening may be required.
